Terms & Conditions of pay168

Welcome to pay168. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into between you ("User", "Player", "you") and pay168 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible athttps://pay168.cam and any related subdomains or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any bet, wager or game play, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms apply to all users of the pay168 Platform regardless of their geographical location, subject to Section 3 (Account Eligibility) which sets out jurisdiction-specific restrictions. Malaysian users and from other markets are equally subject to these Terms.

pay168 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes acceptance of those updates. The effective date of the current version is stated at the top of this document.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal user account registered by a Player on the Platform, used to access games, deposit funds, place bets and manage withdrawals.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds and, where applicable, bonus funds held in a Player's Account at any given time.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed by a Player on any game, event or outcome available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any credits, free spins, free bets or promotional incentives awarded to a Player by pay168, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification procedures required by pay168 as a condition of account operation and withdrawal processing.
• "Platform" means the pay168 website, mobile applications and all related gaming and betting services operated by the Company.
• "Real Money Funds" means actual currency deposited by a Player from their own financial resources, as distinct from Bonus Funds.
• "RNG" means Random Number Generator — the certified algorithmic system used to determine game outcomes for slots and other RNG-based games.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before it may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Funds.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported for deposits and withdrawals on the Platform.

To register and maintain an Account on pay168, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. pay168 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This age threshold applies to all users regardless of the minimum legal gambling age in their jurisdiction of residence.

3.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts — whether in your own name, under a pseudonym, or using another person's identity — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate permanent suspension and balance forfeiture.

3.3 Personal Use Only

The Account must be for your personal, recreational use only. Operating an Account on behalf of a third party, using it commercially, or using it to facilitate any form of gambling service to others is not permitted.

3.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility

By registering an Account, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited under the laws of your country or region of residence, or that you accept full and sole responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of the Platform in your jurisdiction. pay168 does not warrant that its services are lawful in any particular jurisdiction and makes no representations regarding the legality of online gambling for users in Malaysia or any other market. Malaysian users access the Platform entirely at their own legal risk and responsibility.

3.5 Not a Self-Excluded Player

You confirm that you are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or gambling block, whether imposed by you through our Platform, through any gaming regulatory scheme, or through any third-party responsible gambling programme.

4.1 Accurate Information

When registering an Account, you must provide complete, accurate and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and telephone number. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in Account suspension.

4.2 KYC Verification

pay168 reserves the right to request identity verification documentation at any time, including but not limited to: a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. pay168 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised Account access where you have failed to take reasonable measures to protect your login details. You must notify pay168 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account.

4.4 Account Currency

Accounts may be denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to Account currency at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. pay168 does not accept liability for exchange rate fluctuations.

5.1 Deposits

All deposits must be made using payment methods registered in your own name. pay168 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous payment sources, or payment methods that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered Account holder. The minimum single deposit isRM 50. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may impose their own daily or transaction limits.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification being complete and no outstanding responsible gambling restrictions being active on the account. pay168 aims to process the majority of withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes for e-wallet and DuitNow methods during normal operating conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

5.3 Withdrawal to Source

pay168 applies anti-money laundering policy requiring that withdrawals be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, up to the deposited amount. Excess winings may be withdrawn via the Player's preferred method subject to verification.

5.4 Transaction Fees

pay168 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, cryptocurrency network fees (gas, miner fees) are the responsibility of the Player and will be deducted from transaction amounts at the applicable network rate.

5.5 Dormant Accounts

An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months will be classified as dormant. pay168 reserves the right to apply a monthly administration fee of RM 20 to dormant Account balances following written notification to the registered email address.

All bonuses, free spins, free bets, cashback offers, VIP rewards and promotional credits offered by pay168 are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific promotion terms communicated at the time of the offer.

6.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount. Real Money Funds are always used before Bonus Funds.

6.2 One Bonus Per Household

Welcome bonuses and new player promotions are limited to one per household, IP address, device and payment method. pay168 reserves the right to withdraw bonus eligibility where it determines that bonus abuse is occurring, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or the placement of low-risk hedging bets to fulfil wagering requirements.

6.3 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Expired bonuses and any associated winings will be forfeited without notice.

6.4 Refer A Friend

The Refer A Friend programme entitles qualifying Players to receive a referal bonus (currently RM 30 per qualifying referral) when their referred friend registers a new account and makes a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals, referals to duplicate accounts, or referrals involving fraudulent activity will not be credited and may result in Account suspension.

6.5 Crypto Deposit Bonus

Players who deposit using supported cryptocurrency methods (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC) receive an automatic2% deposit bonus credited to their Account, capped at RM 688 per qualifying deposit. This bonus is subject to standard wagering requirements.

By placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer processes that cannot be influenced by the Platform operator or any Player.
• Published RTP (Return to Player) figures represent theoretical long-run statistical averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual gaming session.
• Bets placed on sporting events are subject to the prevailing sports betting rules applicable to the relevant market. Settled bets are final and may not be reversed.
• In the event of a technical malfunction or system error during a game or bet, pay168 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Players' Accounts. Claimed winings arising from a manifest error will be voided.
• pay168 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event the outcome of which was already known at the time of bet placement, or where there are reasonable grounds to believe that the bet was placed in breach of these Terms.
• Live betting odds are subject to change at any time during event. Bets are accepted only at the odds prevailing at the moment of confirmation.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity to create or operate an Account.
• Providing false, inaccurate or fraudulent information at any stage of registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform to launder money, fund terrorist activities, or engage in any form of financial crime.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software tools or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage betting or any strategy specifically designed to exploit promotional terms or guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Coluding with other Players in any multi-player game format to the detriment of other participants.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing any member of the pay168 support team or other Platform users.
• Accessing the Platform using a VPN, proxy or other tool disguise your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdiction-based access restrictions.

All content on the pay168 Platform — including but not limited to software, code, database structure, graphic design, logos, trademarks, game content, written material, audio and video assets — is the exclusive intellectual property of pay168 or its licensed content partners.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, distribute, sell, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pay168.

Unauthorised use of any pay168 intellectual property — including the brand name, logo or domain — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pay168's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pay168 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits or gaming winings arising from Platform downtime, technical malfunction or network interruption.
• Losses arising from the Player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Losses arising from a Player's gambling decisions, betting strategies or game outcomes.
• Any third-party claims arising from a Player's use of the Platform.
• Losses attributable to force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, cyber attacks or telecommunications failures beyond pay168's reasonable control.

The collection, processing and storage of your personal data by pay168 is governed by ourPrivacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept our Privacy Policy.

In summary, pay168 collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery and improvement of Platform services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

pay168 applies industry-standard data security measures including 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. For your full rights as a data subject and for details of our data retention periods, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

13.1 Termination by pay168

pay168 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, with or without notice, where there is reasonable suspicion or confirmed evidence of: a breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; identity fraud; money laundering; bonus abuse; or any other conduct deemed detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or the interests of other Players.

Upon termination for cause, pay168 may withold and forfeit any Balance — including Real Money Funds — pending investigation. Where termination is not for cause, any verifiable Real Money balance will be returned to the Player via the most recent verified payment method.

13.2 Termination by Player

Players may close their Account at any time by submitting a written request via live chat or email to our support team. Account closure will be processed within five (5) business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you following completion of outstanding KYC requirements and subject to any applicable withdrawal conditions.

13.3 Survival of Terms

Sections of these Terms relating to intellectual property, prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, governing law and dispute resolution shall survive Account termination and remain in full force and effect.

pay168 reserves the right to amend, update, supplement or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, except where a material change to a Player's rights requires advance notification under applicable law.

Amended Terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Where changes are material, pay168 will endeavour to notify registered Players by email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account in accordance with Section 13.2.

These Terms and any disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pay168 holds its operating licence. pay168 operates under international online gaming licensing frameworks.

In the event of a dispute, Players are encouraged to first contact the pay168 support team to seek an informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved to the Player's satisfaction within fourteen (14) business days, the dispute may be referred to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.

By accepting these Terms, you agree that any legal proceedings arising from your use of the Platform shall be conducted in the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction, and you waive any objection to the exercise of jurisdiction by those courts.
